Problems & Solutions and
Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Q. I have more than one CD Drive. Why can't I get to the main menu?

A. Please make sure that the CD is in the drive identified by the lowest drive letter on your system. For example: If you have both a DVD-ROM drive and a CD-ROM Drive in your computer system and the DVD's Drive Letter is E: and the CD-ROM's Drive Letter is F: you would need to place the SourceAbilityTM CD in the DVD-ROM Drive because it has the lowest letter on your system. To find out which drive has the lowest letter, Go to Start/Programs/Windows Explorer (or hit the Windows Key + E on your keyboard to open Windows Explorer). A list of your drives and their system identifier letter appears in the leftmost window.
